Dr. Chaban is an esteemed global leader with 30 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies and as an entrepreneur specializing in new business models, technology, product delivery, and optimization, and M&A activities. She has managed budgets over $50M annually, overseen organizations across more than 40 countries, and driven cost savings of $10M+ per year through effective collaboration and execution.

In 2022, Dr. Chaban earned a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Innovation, concentrating on sustainable business innovation and the circular economy. Her research was published in June 2023 in the Business Management Research and Application Journal. She holds several sustainability certifications, including from the University of Cambridge and Cornell University, is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, and a LEED Green Associate.

Dr. Chaban has been recognized by the US House of Representatives and the Dallas Business Journal as a Woman in Technology and by Assemblyman Harry Bronson as a Woman of Distinction for her community involvement. She was also a 2025 finalist for the Tech Rochester Technology Woman of the Year award.

She serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, teaching various DBA and sustainability courses, and is the Head of the Global IT Sustainability Center of Expertise at NTT Data, Inc., where she leverages her decades of experience in technology and her passion for sustainability.
