For over 35 Years Nigel has been a noteworthy leader in the field of high-volume manufacturing, quality, reliability and the consumer product space. You may know him from patents or products launched. As the leader who made the first Digital Mobile phone that sent the first text message, to the high-volume products shipped with Nokia, Blackberry and Surface (Microsoft). His contributions to high-volume high-quality production and reliability have helped drive these companies from teams as low as 30 as startups to billion-dollar companies.
Nigel has held many positions from Product Engineering, to Manufacturing and Quality leadership. He is someone who doesnโ€™t shy away from challenges but rather runs towards them, asking difficult questions to ensure clarity, that drives early development decisions, ensuring a clear focus on what the customer needs, He truly has a customer focused ethos.ย Nigel now leads AI Hardware architecture at Mastercard.
